A Hyatt Regency has opened in Pune, India, offering the city an upmarket hotel with a selection of Hyatt managed residences to follow.

Spanning 222 guest rooms, the hotel is clad in Rajasthani stone and offers banquet, wedding and conference facilities. Other features include two restaurants, a bar, a lounge, a gourmet store and a Hyatt Pure™ spa and fitness centre. 

Suites range from 905 to 1,775 square feet, while 84 serviced apartments are scheduled to open in 2011.
